A rare 21’ Century (only 150 produced in this length from 1963-1966) that had been in storage for more than ten years unused.
The engine was in good shape, but it leaked terribly and desperately needed a complete refinish. At some point during it’s life
some ‘non-Century’ modifications were made…most noticeably the mahogany decks, windshield, and ceiling boards. It
was decided that additional attractive modifications would be made to make her stand out even more. A new 5200 bottom was installed
revealing numerous rotten battens and frames that were replaced. Then she was completely stripped and stained with dark covering boards. A new interior was also in order along
with all hardware being re-chromed and the addition of an Iva-Lite and deck horns. Although a ‘non-original’ Century she
has taken a ‘Best Century’ award at a recent show.
